This is supposedly a switchboard/answering service for several different companies. However, I was directed to someone who said he was a business that wanted money for a credit card company. Very rude person on the other end.

My sister received a voicemail message from Laura Nichols from a private delivery service, saying she had been hired by KMS litigation to deliver certified mail to me. The message stated I could call 888-286-0830 and what my package number was. She claimed she didn't know what KMS was and didn't know anything about the package. I called the listed number above and reached a switchboard where i was transferred after giving my package number. I was transferred to a male saying he was Ron Warren, stating for me to hold one min so he could look up the complaint filed in my County for me. He then claimed to be a litigation firm trying to collect a debt from my credit card, in which I had in 2012. A debt that he stated when the last payment was made. This male had my legal name, address, and last 4 of my social security number. He was attempting to get atleast $1,500 out of me by tomorrow morning to settle debt with. After I refused to pay, he proceeded to say I'll be charged up to $5,000 when it goes to court where I'd be sued. He then threatened to garnish my wages, property lein, and/or withhold taxes; he also stated he would serve me with papers at my place of employment or home. This subject was very rude and threatened me multiple times. He refused to give me any additional information about KMS.

I received a phone call from them as well so what happened did you end up having to go to court ?

Received call from this number (didn't answer as it was listed as a "private number"), claiming to be a clerk's office to verify home and work address, verifying my name and they had my address. Not returning the call based on on the large number of apparent fraud calls referring this number.

It's a Scam. They would call from a private number and will call your Family members saying it's a warrant out on you and to clear it up to call this number. They find Your information on the Internet or if you have recently been arrested. When you call the number you are transferred to a person asking for your private info.. You give the last 4# of your SS# and then they tell you about an old debt. Mostly been paid, settle or too old to worry about. I asked why the lied about the warrant for me and ask for there info to mail them a do not call letter and to sue them. They refuse and wanted me to stop asking them questions. They was very rude, threatening to take me to court. I call back about 7 times trying to get their info and they gave me an incorrect Cali address. After I got finish with them they hung up the phone on me and refuse to answer my calls. Fraud, Fraud..do not give these people any money. It's against the law for a bill collector to threaten you for payments and they should give you correct info on the company. More people need to know about this company because they are getting rich off of this.

Its a scam. Don't call them back.

they called  try to say it was a litigation  from over 10 year old bill  I informed them statue is only 5 years in florida so good luck with that they haven't called back

They left a message on a family member's cell phone, stating it was a "time sensitive" call for MY ex-husband! My family is on my cell phone service, but I am not sure how they got HER number! I tried calling back to see if I could get more info, without giving any of my info, but it keeps going to an automated attendant voicemail. Seems VERY suspicious to me!

These people have called my son and sister as well as my ex husband and his wife and mother and my 2nd exhusband. I called the # they left my son and it is an automatic answering service wanting me to leave a message. They even went as far as to tell my sister they knocked on my door and they said they see me unside but i wont anwerer the door. This is bull and they are harrassing my family without even calling me. Something needs to be done.
