i got a call and they said it was some lawfirm for collections

I just got a call stating that I need to call this number because someone filed a claim against me and is wanting to take me to small claims court.

I just got a call and someone tell me to call 1888-286-2056 because someone tried to file s small claim agaist me and when I called that number, they ask for my personal details like address and SSN

Call from unknown number, second day in row....Asked to call the #888-286-2056 and given a court file case number to reference in regards to a company 'Kathryn and Seger' that was suing me for losses...and that I needed to respond before case went to court. Weird, I have no debts.

Got a call from the same number threatening me. Called another family member of mine that I don't even talk to. Is this a real lawsuit?? I have no debts

This number called my parents house looking for me. I live in a different state than my parents.

Got a message from 888-286-2056 for my son saying they have court papers to file for a lawsuit. He has no debt I think this is a scam considering all the other post Just talked to my other son and he just got a call for the same thing. SCAM!!!!

I get a call from a 404 area code every day. Leaves no message, well today they did. It was a shemka Adams stating she is a process server in my country calling to inform she'd be by this afternoon. To call to reschedule to stop or reschedule this appt referenced this number. It sounded like Gary was in a call center and this area code is not even in my state. I will wait. As I know when sued they typically won't call and is be getting law office advertisements.

Received a letter attached to a 1099-C form from Kaplan and Seager claiming I owe money. I don't owe anyone.
