Would like to report a rude employee but will not put me through to supervisor. Would like the address of this company so that I may submit my complaint by mail.

My mother said that she recieved mail from that company and she mailed it to me unopened. It looked like all the rest of the junk mail I always get so I tossed it. I I actually never recieved a call from this so called company Total Med America I just started seeing miscellaneous charges. I think I called the company (I googled total med america and found some numbers) and told them i never signed up for whatever it they are trying to sell and I have no idea how they got my info or the address that my card was linked to especially since i didnt live there anymore...they said they would cancel it but would not refund my money...mind you I have had this happen to me 3 times by 3 different bogus companies. I disputed it with my bank and the company is saying the charges are valid. I am now in the process of trying to contact the company because they should have proof either with my signature or a recorded conversation of myself and their lil phony agents. I am so infuriated that companies can do stuff like this and how did they get my debit card info in the first place?
