I received several unsolicited calls from this unethical business.

1. Initial sales call from their marketing partner stated they are from Discounted Savings and Advantage from Draper, Utah. I went thru their sales pitch for a $100 voucher, which you can hear their automated message at 518-739-6750. He would not give me the company he is marketing for. After handing over CC# information, salesperson stated they were representing www.premiumplussavings.com owned by USA Ultimate Benefits, with phone numbers 877-682-1081 to cancel the 15 day trial and 877-682-1403 to cancel the Value Publication Magazine. Both 877#'s lead to the same inbound call center and they state they are not owned by that company but take their inbound phone calls, again they would not give me their registered business name. They stated they canceled my charges and membership presumably because they got spooked when I started asking them where they work, location and mailing address, which they did not provide.

2.  2 days later they charged me $1.95 , initially came thru as "FRM" 888-984-3114 Colorado, later it was adjusted to CCM 888-286-8560 COLORADO

3. 17 calendar days later received a charge for $34.95 from 888-984-3109 "Fall River" - Colorado. Most likely this description will be modified once posted to my account.

they take 1.95 out of my account every month. how do i get it stopped

Have you tried calling your bank and dispute it yet?  That is how you stop charges by informing your bank it is a fraudulent charge.

They Have Caused My Account To Me Over Drawn Twice Now This Needs To Stop Now!

I suppose that you have two choices.  First choice would be that you can hope and pray that the charges stop because you posted here.  Second choice would be following the excellent advice given by MikeHuntleton.  Hope you make the right choice!
