Called my work, said if I don't contact them in 4 days that they will come to my work to serve me.  I have been warned.  This company has also called relatives to try to get me to contact them.  Their a bill collector using scare statistic to try to get me to pay.  I will ignore them for now and see what happens

Called my office. Said he was from the law firm of jonathan, Siefrank, and assoc.  Sounded like a boiler room call. Said my son would be served on 2 fraud charges.

i got a call from my sister telling me to call them. i called and got the info.. Jonathan C Frank in Tx.  glad i paid its a real law office.

Called my cell phone and asked for an individual that I don't know.  Said they would remove me from the call list.

No offense Susan but I'm not buying it. This number cam up 2 years ago as being associated with a lottery scam call. Also, nowhere on that law firms Web site does it list that number as being associated with them. If you never received any notice by mail and they refuse to provide a detailed summary of your debt, do not answer their calls.

Called my relative and left a claim number stating I would be served.  Keeps calling and leaving messages. When I called back a man named Mr. Green answered and said he was a claims representative but wouldn't tell me for who.

Nice try Susan - a real law firm as a webpage - can give me an address and doesn't threaten your friends and employer - they just file papers if its legit - they can also give me their bar ID# .....you bottom feeders are too  much

No it's not a real law office! You must be working with them because it IS in fact a fraud! I don't get served because I pay my bills on time and I do not break the law. Have some integrity!

Has been calling my cell phone for 2 days now. They left a voice message stating that this is the 2nd attempt to contact me and now going through with paper work to get me served. I have not reached out to them being this has happen to me before and I was afraid of the outcome and still did not know what debt I had with the company for the name that was given I was very clueless of. I paid that company 400 hundred dollars and months later the same named company started calling again. NEVER AGAIN WILL I FOLLOW THROUGH UNLESS I HAVE ACTUAL DOCUMENTATION.. I STRONGLY BELIEVE THIS IS A BILL COLLECTOR AGENCY!!

Called, left no message. Did not try to call back.

Mike Brown called family. I returned call and the lady said "We won't stop calling untill you pay your bills, you broke add [***]" - no joke.   They are a debt collector from a payday loan.
