These idiots called twice saying they will serve papers at work or home and you have 24 hours to call them. They don't say who they are or what the case is. Scam!!!!

Received call from a Jason Wegner from this number stating the legal mumbo jumbo.  (1888-296-1024)  But cannot find that they exist.

these people call saying I will be sever at home and at work tomorrow I think this is a scam

Got a call from Hamilton and Rikin saying I did a pay day loan back in 2012 from a company called Riverside. I was at the bank all morning to find out if my identity was stolen because I never did a payday loan online and she called this number and they gave her a different name then they gave me for the company. The address is 3780 Old Norcross Rd Duluth GA 30096. This is in Gwinett County. When I Google the address its UPS . I informed the police of Georgia.

I received a call yesterday from this number. He left a message threatening to serve me with papers at work or home and I could prevent this by calling this number. Oh and it showed on my caller id as a private number.

Have you. Heard anything else from them? Did you ever get served?

Received a phone call today from a restricted number and he told me he was coming tomorrow to serve me some documents to sign for some legal action.  Gave me a number 888-296-1024 and a reference number to use when I called this number.  Then when he was hanging up he stated that I have been notified.   Never said who he was with or who it was for.  I am not taking any chances and I am not going to bother calling.  

yeah well this lady called a couple of weeks ago . Mind you she never said who she was just that I needed to call back the claimant.. Caller id said the number was unknown!! But she gave me this number 1-888-296-1024!! Yeah well called today from the same unknown Id !!! Telling me to make myself available at my home or job so one of her processors can serve me !!! And this time left a different number to call back 1-888-665-5504 !! I mean really how stupid do they people really are

I have received calls for the past 2 days from 888-665-5504.   They are leaving messages on my home phone and cell.   They have my first name wrong, but using my last name correctly.   They say I have a claim filed against me and that they will be sending process servers to my house and work between 12:00 - 5:00 today.   They also leave a claim #.    I want them to stop bothering me, so I tried calling the number back from work and got a message asking me to leave my name, number and claim number (I didn't) and that they will call me back.    Don't know what kind of scam this is, but upset that they have my home and cell number.   I don't like being harassed.

SCAM!!  They have been calling my daughter threatening to serve her also.  Years ago she took out a Pay Day Loan and paid it back but these other places got her information and try to scare her saying she still owes money, when she doesn't.  She is young and didn't know any better and paid one of these scammers money she didn't owe.  Makes me sick to know that people can't get real jobs.  They try to take advantage of naïve people by using threats to get money from them.  Once they have your information, they don't give up.  Months later, expect to be getting more of the same calls from different numbers.

Scam! Caller left a message. I called back to hear the caller and another voice reading the same script. I then called my county court office for verification and they had no claim at all. This isn't the first time they called either. I've reported the number and just hate dealing with the bs as everyone else.

I received a call from this number 888-296-1024.  They left a voicemail stating that I would be served at my workplace or home and at the end of the message they said that I have been notified.  I returned the call and someone else answered and I asked them what kind of business were they because the number wasn't familiar.  She didn't provide any information other than saying that someone would give me a call and would give me a reference number.  I am still unclear of what is going on, something doesn't seem right.  SCAM ALERT!

I have received the same call as well. Lady didn't say who she was. However,  she left a number for me to call 855 870 8966 to resolve the issue. I called the number and ironic thing  was this was for the same so called payday loan company I never heard of  or applied for that contacted me several months ago trying to get money out of me. I made arrangements to pay it off so they can get off my back, but now after reading these complaints and been given a scam address such as 3780 Old Norcross Road Suite #103-523 Duluth, GA 30096 I have already cancelled my credit and/or stopped payments.

Stupid people in the world.  Used to call from a number that returned to a plumber in Gwinnett County.  Ignore them and they will eventually go away.  Remember, they do not call to deliver papers to you and they cannot come by your place of employment to serve you unless it is a felony case.  Debt is a CIVIL matter regardless of what you have been told.  Payday loans fall into this category and cannot be presented otherwise.  Listen up all you  Native American loan companies, the Federal Government has cut your water of has told you to cease and desist on any collection attempts.  Continue and  you will be the one with legal troubles!!!

What these idiotic scammers don't  realize is you're served by Gwinnett County Sheriff's Deputies only!!

This company is unbelievable! They keep calling my number looking for someone else. When I told them this is not the person they are looking for, the lady said ok they will take my number off the list. THEN SHE CALLS BACK AND SHE TRIES TO TELL ME MY EX HUSBAND told them that I was this person!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS CRAP?!
They keep calling and calling. I put a call blocker on my phone and they come up with different numbers to call. I am ready to change my number quite frankly. WHY CAN NO ONE DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS? WHY CAN'T ANYONE CATCH THESE SLIPPERY PEOPLE?! I keep thinking about the elderly who do not know any better and how many of them got caught in this garbage.

I've been getting similar scammer calls for many months now.  Guess what?  I have not yet been served papers.  DON"T FALL FOR IT.   I have been inundated lately. and I suspect that it's because in applying for a legitimate loan, my credit report got accessed, almost like blood in the water for these lowlifes.   Actually have 3 different numbers calling me.   This is what leads me to believe it's somehow connected to the recent credit check.    

They must get a good percentage of people not knowing the law and falling for their scam or they won't persist.   I got a second call from this number today.   I have to admit I haven't been as diligent about checking my credit, but these scammers are all over it.  I just ignore them.  They stop for a while, then start up again, but I haven't paid them any money and they haven't served me papers. This person never identifies what company she is with or who she is acting in behalf of, these should always be red flags to anyone receiving these calls.  If you do have the misfortune of speaking to one of these scumbags, they may at first threaten you with arrest (Um, Hello! That doesn't happen in America, really, it doesn't.),  and then sometimes they get hostile and obscene.   Best to just no engage in conversation with them.  Report them, for all the good it does, I guess.   At least then there is a record.  

I have received calls from this number every day for a week now saying I will also be served at my home or employment office. The lady never identifies herself nor says what she is attempting to collect a debt for. She just gives me a claim number and says she is transferring me to a legal department but no one ever comes on the phone. She left a voicemail again today asking if I received the information that I need to submit payment and I will again be served today at my home.
