Constant calls from this number. Mostly hangups, but sometimes they ask for some company I've never heard of. Annoying and suspicious.

Wants to "verify information" about business. Fast talking. Tries to get a yes answer and offers a $49.95 listing that will "increase your business."  Just another scam to get info to try to bill for something you do not need. Any time someone tries to transfer you to an account supervisor for "verification", hang up fast.

Thanks for the info Jimmy.  I just got a call from them and they just keep asking me to say yes.  They transaferred me to a third party and told me just to verify teh company info.  They told me they will mail out some papers to me in 3-5 business days re: my business info and there is no cost and no bills come to us.  Now how can I call back and have them not to mail to me?

My call was the same as JimmyP and when I asked the for him to speak more slowly so that I could make out every word he was saying he got annoyed and hung up on me. *69'd them and when I called back it never connected.

I get frequent calls from this number, today I answered and they asked for me by a name I don't use, they could only get it by cruising the residential directory, but were looking for a business. I said that I am on the "do not call" registry and they should stop calling. That was at noon and I just had another call this evening.

annoying illegal telemarketer calls repeatedly daily

Lots of noise in the background.  Heavy breather (seriously!) waiting for a phone pick up.  No message, just the breathing.

repeated calls from this number with no message left.  today i answered and after a pause they wanted to confirm my address.  when i refused to give info they hung up before i could tell them to remove me from their list.  OBVIOUSLY a scam outfit.  report them to Federal Trade Commission

These [***] call every day to try and "confirm our company information". They're trying to record a 'yes' to a question buried in their script. They hang up if you try to get them to remove your number.

They call our office three times a day asking to verify our business address.  They pronounce "Maple Street" with Mapel Street.  Calling from some other country.  SCAM    Karen

WILL NOT STOP CALLING. I HAVE ASKED THAT OUR NAME BE REMOVED BUT THEY WILL NOT DO CALLING. WE ARE ON THE DONOTCALL.GOV LISTING BUT IT HAS NOT HELPED!

Ours started last month.  They called every other day, then 3 times one Friday.  We have caller ID & now we don't answer that number.  I just did to ask to get our number removed.  The guy thought he was tricking me to say Yes, by repeatedly asking if I wanted to talk to his supervisor.  I said "let me talk to your supervisor then."  I was put on hold, but nobody came back on the line.

They claim they are trying to verify our address & info. to update an online business directory.  We pay our listing through our local phone company.

this number has been calling me on my cell phone for a few days now. I haven't answered it at all. (I don't answer numbers I don't recognize) My cell number has a one digit difference to the Lexington Hotel. I think I need to change my number but it will cost me $15 last time I checked.

They just called for the 9th. time today. I would like to tell the SOBs where to go but they will not talk to me.

I am getting harrassing calls as well. Now when I see the # on my caller ID, I press the test button on my home fire alarm, place the telephone receiver near the alarm, and then press the answer button. I hope to rupture an eardrum. Maybe that will stop them.

Same as all of you! I also reported it to the Do not call me anymore you jerk list but it is still going on!  There MUST be a way to stop them.  I once heard if you repeatedly press * or # your number will drop off their list or scramble it somehow?? any one ever heard of this?

Have received several calls this week alone from this number and said they were findagreen.net and wanting to update my companies information.  They gave a name that has not been around for 8 years as well as a address that is in another town. I told them that if they did this every year why did they have an address and name that was 8 years old.  They did not have anything to say.

They called again today.  I told them that they had called everyday and I have told them to remove from list and they hung up on me.
