Called and left vm that his name is James Thompson and he was aState Process Server, said he wanted to let me know he was going to activate a summons to come to my office or home and arrest me.  I have a recorded call and I am forwarding to the state attny general and i am in the process of suing them.

Yep some person named kimberly washington called  from the number 1-888-296-1997. I called the number back and it some collection agency called NCS services or something. Will contact state of Alabama attorney general myself about this. I have had numerous calls like this from either foreign people or some bogus company out of the U.S. Sick of this mess!!!!

Received a message from James Thomas called from 888-296-1997 and said I wrote a fraudulent check, SMDH I don't even right checks so I knew he was lying. Saying that if I don't respond in 2hrs they're going to serve me papers at my home or my place of work. This harassment is ridiculous.

Received a message for me on my parent's phone from this Sharon Taylor who is a process server and they don't want to serve me at work.  It is a collection agency NCS.  I am 50 years old and have not lived at home for 30 yrs, Sending them to the State Attorney's office.

I recsived call from Sharon Taylor threatening me and would not tell me what it was about.

Received call from Sharon Taylor who said she was coming to my job to issue Summons. Have no idea who this is.

Received a call from victor adams with ncs #18664502892 statin he has a formal complaint that was filed against me and he wad gonna issue summons at my job or home and i have 2 hours to make myself available or i will be picked up and charged with fraud... is this legal? They are calling and harassing me saying same thing. Had a call from Dave Ellis and Nicole Russell regards to a payday loan. They are calling me from a private number but leaving a call back number starting with 1-866. II don't know what to do.

I received a message from Olivia state process server, contacting in regards to a court summon she stated she has against me. She stated she has been contracted by the State to deliver a summons in reference to a fraud charge I am under investigation. Local authorities are coming out to my home and place of employment to serve me a summons. Contact the attorneys that  have filed the suit against me at 888-239-7133. Can people call you and threaten you like this? I called the number and it said thank you for calling NCS the legal outsource department.

Received several messages From "Sharon Taylor " on my cell phone for my father stating there were several formal complaints against my dad.  I'm no dummy.  He and I both know this is just another half-brained scam that unfortunately fools some.  The next time she calls I think I might actually play along for fun.
