I received a call from Micro Team Solutions on Sept. 8. Yes, I bit, for a life time membership of $230.
The first contact was John Allen.
The technicians supposedly removed two Trojans from my computer, and also "speeded it up". (Can't see any difference.)
When I called for help on Sept. 23, "George" answered. He sent my problem on to Alice, who would call me back.
"Alice" sent a text message to my computer, saying she tried to call, but the call did not go through.
I called back, talked to "Andy". He said Alice would call back "within five minutes". She never did call.
John, George and Andy all sound the same, heavy accent. Never did hear Alice's voice.
I now can not use my external hard drive for back-up; don't know what they did to cause that.
They still have a connection called Team View, where I can let them connect to my computer.
I suspect they have a staff of two, one male, one female.
