who is this caller?

Well, I am flummoxed. I am getting calls from this number twice a day as well, sometimes as late at 8:00pm. I called back just to find out who it was, but only got an automated message: "You've reached our product services line. Please call back during normal business hours. Thank you." Unbelievably annoying!

I got a call from this number today as well. The guy asked for me, I said yeah this is Justin. Then he hung up. I heard a lot of activity in the background before he hung up so it was obvious to me it was a call center.

They say they were calling from stores on line and that they wanted to send me a kit with a step by step manual on how to apply for grants. Te catch is that I had to pay for S&H with a credit card or a debit card. Since I refuse to give them my info they say I could called them back to this number. I called expecting to hear from Stores on line but I gor a message a very standard message. Thank you for calling A representative will be with you soon.
