They call, I answer and they hang up. I call the number back and there is just music. I've tried pressing different buttons to get an operator and none of them work. I push # the line goes dead.

Exact same thing with me...  they are calling several times a day and it's driving me crazy!

This number calls me twice a day! I usually don't answer, but when I have answered, a lady asks for me (mispronoucing my name of course...)and she can barely speak english! I try to tell her to quit calling me, but that does not seem to work! Ugh! So annoying

I finally answered it.  It's a telemarketer saying that you win a free trip to Vegas if you sit through their presentation.  I told them to [***] off and put us on the "do not call" list.  Hopefully it works.  OR we'll kill them.

They have called our cell phones multiple times a day without leaving messages.  We finally picked up one call and they said that we had won a vacation to Vegas, but only if we sat through their seminar.  I asked them to put us on the "do not call list" and then hung up.

This F*cking number calls so many times a day and at all hours!  They hang up after one ring and no one answeres when you call back and get some gay music.  I'm going to hunt them down and kill them if it doesn't stop.

Calls me 6 times a day and always hangs up.

Wow thanks. I'm glad I know now. They call me every 20 minutes I wasn't sure if it wasn't something other than what i expected and glad to know it was what I expected (telemarker) This is one of the best things about the internet. The sharing of knowledge like this.

In Colorado - they are calling a cell phone numerous times every day. "Thank you for calling Trendwest Centers (cannot even understand them)?? Please hold while you are transfered to our next available representative." Then you hear clarinet music and no one answers.

What you can do is add your cell phone or whatever phone they are calling to the National Do Not Call List - https://www.donotcall.gov/ (the site is down for maintenance right now) but it will hopefully prevent anyone else from doing this. As for getting them to stop? I just do not know. Also check out http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/donotcall/. This is taken from the FCC site - Consumers can register on-line for the national do-not-call registry by going to www.donotcall.gov. To register by telephone, consumers may call 1-888-382-1222: for TTY call 1-866-290-4236.  You must call from the phone number you wish to register.

I keep getting calls from this 888-296-6096 constantly. My cell phone provider is Sprint and they can't or won't seem to do anything about it. I've registered with www.donotcall.gov and it takes 31 days for anything to happen there. I've tried calling back the number and get some weird asian broad recorded message and then endless clarinet music. When I answer the cell phone I get silence. This is harrassment. I have filed an online complaint form 1088 with the FCC about this number. If more of us do this perhaps our tax dollars will actually go to something worthwhile instead of endless politician benefits!

They call me 3 to 4 times a day.  When answer they hang up.  Same thing when I call back.  Just music.

In Colorado. That's crazy im getting the same thing. These people are very annoying. They call like 8:40 in the f***ing night. I'm tired of them calling my cell phone i never answer but they don't leave a messge.

Same thing, couple times a day, no one there, or if there is they mispronouce my name. Have asked them to take me off the list.
The only thing I have to fix it is Comcast Digital Voice has a screened calls list. I have added to that... wala, no more calls.

sooner or later they will stop
my computer will never get tired of answering with a fax
