Received 3 calls from this number in the past week. Haven't answered it once (I've been getting non stop calls from the "CRA" up until calls from this new number), and they haven't left a voice mail.

I have the same story! Although, the “CRA” did leave voicemails, accusing me of tax evasion and my pending arrest. (I’m a minor, and do not pay taxes.) The calls have since stopped, but last night at 11pm I got a call from this number. I didn’t answer quick enough, so I expected it to leave a voicemail. I checked this morning, nothing. On yellowpages it states that this number is American. You could try using a site that uses caller activity to track where the area code lines up to.

I had a call too...the person asked my name then just hung up......

Caller said it was Virgin Mobile, so I hung up.

It's Virgin Mobile trying to sell their internet package

Virgin mobile unlimited internet package - Regular $60, discounted for $30 for 12 months.

It is a scam call. They have your phone company from public info. This is not a valid call or reputable. Don't fall for it.

not an hour before receiving this call yesterday i’d left virgin mobile in favour of freedom mobile and was contacted by this number

I have received over 5 calls from this number and I answered once because I was fed up. I answered, then they hung up with saying anything. I don't know what it was, but I'm never answering it, again.

Received multiple calls from this number, no voicemails. Finally answered they asked if I was miss..... when I said no they hung up without saying anything else.

Got a call from this number; he claimed to be from Virgin Mobile. I immediately said that I wasn’t interested in his promotion, and he just hung up. They tried calling again a few hours after, but I didn’t pick up.

Was contacted earlier, only once by this number. The person on the other line claimed to be a staff of Virgin Mobile’s, knew my name and asked of I received a flyer of theirs in the mail, to reiterate said promotion that he was about to pitch. I did not, and thanked him, but said I was happy with my current provider. He asked me if I was paying more than $30 a month, I thanked him again, but stated that I didn’t require a change, for the time being; maybe 2 words in, I was hung-up on.

 I thought it was incredibly rude, especially as I was called out of the blue, and had already politely declined at the very start. No idea if they are legitimately Virgin Mobile; based on other posts here, it seems the consensus is mixed. I am suspicious, but then again, even speaking to certain Virgin Mobile staff at kiosks, maybe half of them are pretty aggressive and then snooty, if they feel they can’t lure you into buying what they’re selling, so I could belive that a staff of their’s could act this unprofessional.

i keep getting calls on my cell from the same number and has been several different people from different companies.

Repeated texts - block the number and they resend as another. “JIMMY Reply Yes Confirm Interest In A New Roof Installation or Repair Text YES for A Free Quote - Get Energy Star Rebates Online or Stop”

His name was abdul, He said he was from virgin headquaters. the number for head quarters is 888 999 2321. So i had fun with him, cut him off, didnt let him speak at all. I was in charge :). He said again he was from virgin mobile, and i told him he wasnt, read to him the virgin mobile phone number called HIM a virgin, and then hung up

IT says something about it being the Department of Social Security Administration and that my social security number was suspended because they found some suspicious activity. So if you want to know about this case, jsut press one thank you" and then hung up. I called the number back and it says it's an "invalid number".

Automated message, asked me to hold, was on hold for 2 seconds before the automated message picked up again and said "sorry for the inconvenience" lol, I guess at least it was polite.
