this number calls constantly. they never say anything, just hang up when I pick up. have received 4 calls today within 10 minutes. have called back and it is an event and special offer reminder. I have removed myself from their list for the 3rd time in the last few weeks, but they keep calling me and hanging up.

Hey out there? Is anyone in a position of authority? Shut these people down. Their calls constitute ongoing harassment. Every time I get a call, I google the number and post a complaint. So far it's not doing any good.

I am constantly receiving calls from this number and always let the answering machine pick up. They never leave a message. Very annoying. Is there any way to discontinue these unwanted calls?

This caller tries every evening.  If you pick up they hang up.  If you don't pick up they don't leave a message.  This is really annoying!

These calls are from a company working for the Republican Party. They test telephone numbers to see if they can get a person so that representatives of the political party can compile a database for future fundraising efforts and not waste their time on calls that won't be answered.

Got this call today...don't these people ever get the bloody message?

Get a call at almost the same time everday.  No one on the other end.  Annoying!

Claims to be Mark Landrew Jury Foreman on the Micheal Morton wrongful murder case.  Rails on  John Bradley district attorney.  
Says Republican party early voting starts today 05-15-2012.
says to vote no on John Bradley.

Call several times a week.....never anyone on the other end of the line...very annoying.  I have signed up for the No Call List but still get all types of scam calls

I also am on the Do Not Call list (lot of good that does!!) and I am getting at least one call per day from this number for past couple of weeks.

Never anyone on the line, sometimes I hear them hang up.

The Do not Call list isn't working.

Anyone have any idea how to block these annoying phone calls?

Called 5-16-2012 @ 19:44, political calls on recorder when we get home.

Called again 5-21-2012 @ 14:46.

Called again 5-23-2012 @ 14:25.

Short of some sort of software that intercepts these calls there is no way to block them, political calls are exempt from the Do Not Call List

The best thing to do is hound your Representative and Senators to change the law. Complaining about it here does nothing other than letting you vent.

Political race call

Same as some others here:  I didn't pick up when this number called, but did try several times to call back to them.  Each time I got a recording that said "Thank you for calling back.  This call may be monitored."  Then a dialing tone as if my call is being forwarding through to someone, but after 2 ring tones the busy signal comes on.  Some thing happens on 5 attempts to call them back.

I got 11 calls in two days from these pests.
Harrassment.  Isn't there a law against that?
Just an aside....please don't donate to any chairity that solicits over the phone, or to any third parties.
