- KatieKeeps calling for a co-worker (X) that doesn't work in this office but won't leave any information. Sounds like a scam to me. The guy is VERY rude and always just gives his name (Shawn Johnson) and his phone number (888-306-0497 ext 9438). When asked "what is this regarding please" he responds with a VERY rude tone that I need to just have X call him back as it is urgent. After about 3-4 calls I told him that there is a slim to no chance he'd ever reach X at this number and that he probably wouldn't call anyone back who won't even tell us what they are calling about or what company they are calling from. The guy was so rude - there is NO WAY I'm ever going to suggest that X call him back!

- KathyI've had 3 recorded messages on my cell this week. One from Leading Edge Recovery Solutions and two asking me to call Vince Gray. I decided to call the # and ask why they are calling me. A woman answered and asked the number I was calling from, and then said they were trying to reach Christopher something. I never heard of the person and asked how they got my # and she said just a minute, put me on hold, and I was disconnected. I called back and asked her if she is who I was just talking to and got disconnected. To my amazement she told me to stop calling her as it was harassment!

- Johanna S.This company is calling me know for more than two months, sometimes several times a day. The caller introduces himself as John Philips and while I press 1 to be connected to a representative, I get someone on the phone who asks for 'Rose'. I do not know 'Rose'. While saying this and ask them to take me of their call list, they reply that I just called them and should not be so rude!!! What are these people up to?? And more important 'how can I get them to stop calling me?
- Caller: John Philips?
- ReceptionistA call was received at the Law Firm for a co-worker. When asked who was calling - the representative responded tell her Ms. Love. After buzzing co-worker's line with no response, I returned to Ms. Love and told her the co-worker was away from the desk, can I take a message or would you like to leave her a voicemail. Her response was "You were able to tell that she was away that fast?" I then asked if she wanted to leave a message and she stated she wanted to speak with a supervisor. I then asked what company she was from and she adamantly told me "there are too many people needing jobs and you should want to keep yours". "I was told I could speak with a supervisor at any time" I then told her no that's not correct, all calls are screened at this office and if you cannot comply have a good day and I disconnected the call. Regardless of who you are calling or where you are calling from Collectors do not have the right to abuse others in an effort to get money. Perhaps Ms. Love needs to know that the love of money is the root of all evil. Let me suggest that a course in professional skills development be added to her training. Oh, and she was reported to my Supervisor along with her phone number that showed up on Caller ID.
- JeanclaudeStop calling my cell phone. I pay for these calls. I have asked repeatedly to be contacted by mail ONLY. Any more calls I will report to the Attorney General
