been geting this call for years going too try and sue

I don't know how they got my number. They are not people calling. They are recordings. They are not even in English. The recordings are in Mexican. I do know they are not checking their numbers against the Do Not Call list, as required by law.

I sent them an email. It will only be a matter of time to tell if they comply.

Received calls from them too == before 8am Sunday morning. Followed the advice above and sent an email. This is the 4th or 5th time we've got a call from this number. We do not own anyone anything.
When I got unwanted  sales calls in the past I used to send an invoice to accounts payable at the company for a few hundred dollars for telephone usage. They never paid but they never called back.
GUess its about time to send a bill to Leading Edge

why are they bothering me

1-888-306-0588 has been calling our house for the last week. I stay on the phone, push 1 and wait forever and forever - 1 time- 5minutes and all I get is a recording.  This call was from Carl Slate....Leading Edge Recovery Solutions.  The Only Reason  I wanted to talk to a person - to let then know  they had the wrong party and  DO NOT CALL AGAIN.  We are an elderly couple with no debts...

I constantly get calls from this company. Looks like they are in Chicago and I am on PST so they call and wake my family up. It is Saturday morning and just called again. When I said hello they hung up. Sometimes they ask me for my social security number but when I tell them that I will not give them anything before I know who they are and what they want they hang up.
