2 months ago my wifes CC # was stolen from a website we believe. money was taken out from Italy and Germany. We bank with frost bank and they have been taking care of that situation. 5-8-13 i recieved a call from this number they stated that they are Frost overdraft protection and want to know if i wanted to keep my overdraft protection. The odd part was my wife call Frost and there was no note that Frost had contacted me. The lady i spoke with from the Overdraft dept. asked for my DOB and Zipcode. according to frost if they call you they shouldn't be asking those types of question because they have that info already. SO now frost is looking into this matter. So becareful when this number calls you.

I bank with Frost also. I just noticed I had a missed call from this number. I haven't talked to anybody from that number and I don't plan on it...just thought it was weird that I am also with Frost.

I too misssed a call from this number. I suspect this is Frost as recently I was recently overdrawn.

I received a call from this number , when I did not answer, I received an email claiming to be Frost bank. Called Frost and they had not tried to contact me.

I have gotten several calls from this number over the past several months.  Oddly, if I answer the call disconnects almost immediately.  I called Frost to verify the number and apparently it is their number, but I have no idea why I would be getting a call from them as I am not now OD and have not been.  I was directed to someone in their OD department, but got VM so I left a message about the calls and I have never heard back from them.  Just keep getting these phone calls...

Received a call from 361-844-1001 on my cell, didn't answer.  Message was left to call Adam at Frost Bank at 888-306-2317.  Googled both numbers, 361....came up as Frost bank in Corpus Christi but 888....showed the above information.  Thing is I live in San Antonio, call came from Corpus Christi.  called the 361...number it was, Frost Bank but they knew nothing of the calls.  I was asked for my account number but chose not to give it since I was really not convinced that it really was Frost bank I was talking to.  DON'T give out personal information to random call!!!!!
