    Unidentified company sent "PERSONAL AND CONFIDENTIAL" letter addressed to my brother who left our parents' address in the 1980's.  The official looking letter offered to refi a BB&T mortgage that my brother has nothing to do with.  In fact, my brother has horrible credit, a past bankruptcy, and doesn't live in the state.  Great job buying a bogus marketing list unidentified idiot company and sending junk mail people in their mid 80s.

    They send letters that start with your mortgage companies  name to make it appear it is from your lender. This is a no namer I would not do business with them, i will grantee that they will have so many hidden charges that you are better off not refinancing  through them.

    They will not identify themselves when they write me a letter to want me to refinance with them. I do not see how I would do that!
