    Called about bank fraud. Has no idea what or who they are talking about. Very rude.

    They called from 504-658-9100, which goes to the criminal clerk of courts office in New Orleans, LA. Then they left this 888 number with an extension as a call back number. They are a collection agency for Triad Financial, and apparently they spoofed the caller ID with a [***] number to the criminal clerks office in an attempt to scare me. What they did is a violation of the fair credit collection act, and I'm going to sue the [***] out of them!!! Spoofing caller ID in an attempt to collect a debt is violation of federal law.
