Who they are??

I have the same phone number on my bill this month. I am calling Comcast. It is some reverse phone lookup and I never called it. There is a 25 min charge

I have the same phone number on my bill this month. I am calling Comcast. It is some reverse phone lookup and I never called it. There is a 25 min charge

This number showed up a couple of times on my listing of Placed Calls list. In both cases it corresponds to days and times that I called the main Comcast number (800 266 2278) to get to service and a request a refresh signal for my modem. Could be that when you choose cable, internet or voice that the call transfer is really a redial from my number. Not sure, just speculating on this.

I think T is correct. I have a 26 minute placed call in my log and couldn't think what it was. But indeed I did spend some time on the phone with Comcast service that day because I was getting no internet signal and they walked me through diagnosing the problem, which probably did take about 25 minutes.

It is comcast, I spoke with them this morning at that time...
