This is a SCAM big time.  My computer locked up and the screen kept referring me to this phone number stating they were Microsoft Tech Support " NOT. "  They threaten me if I didn't pay them $$$ to unlock and protect my accts.  I hung up on them.  They CALLED me right back with more threats  if I didn't pay them for protection on my computer.  I hung up again.  Beware!!!!!

Telling me I had several viruses my wife looked up no. And found to be a big time scam !

It's one thing to receive and ignore these notices.  The next step is to find a way to remove the culprit from your computer.

Same thing. Not sure how to get this off my computer.  Any one have an asnwer
