As soon as you stop paying, the mail box at the front door starts to fill. As you were telephoned, they know where you live. Unless you've moved to skip out on a debt, but then you'd change the phone number too, wouldn't you? How these shills try. They try - we laugh. Can I recommend some herbal tea for the memory loss?

Your company is a scam and it is just a matter of time before the ftc files a civil suit against this companies illegal collection practices.

I just received papers from these guys saying the same thing after I refuse to answer the phone. It was stamped at the bottom saying that this is an attempt to collect a debt. The give away was that they sent papers to me and my husband owing the same amount except I know that my husband don't deal with online loans.

I just called them and they said I owed them from a payday loan, but wouldn't give me any info but wanted me to settle the account and they had the nerve to say I can pay less then the amount. Never heard of this company or the company they say I owe.

I just got this same call only it states its coming from bloomington. It's a scam!!!

I got a letter today stating this is an attempt to collect a debt, doesn't look very legit to me, above my name & address it had a bar code & "auto••ACH 3-digit 335 and says this company has obtained "my" account recently to proceed with pre-litigation action unless I contact them within 30 days & set up flexible payments to settle an outstanding debt that is severely past due of $1450!!!!! I have no idea who the original creditor is (LTS Management) & don't intend to call these idiots either!!!

OMG just literally looked at this I just recieved this letter telling me I owe $1450 and have 30 days to act. SAR and Associates located at 8201 Petres Rd Suite 1000 Plantation, Fl # 1-866-399-1719.

Beware mod this scam they will say your going to jail lawsuit anything they think will make people up and scared more people have call your local police or FBI and report them so others will not get scammed pass the word out  if nobody reports them they will never stop doing this.they are useing a spoof number

Have been getting numerous phone calls from a Jason Anderson stating I owe money and that legal action is being taken on me.  Today I received a letter in the mail from SAR & Associates stating I owe $1450 I reported them to RIP off Report.  I am seriously considering getting an attorney

I just got a letter in the mail from them today saying I owe $1450 dollars I have no clue what for.  Called my attorney generals office here in boston and the police

***A company must be licensed in their state as well as the one they are trying to collect in if two different states are involved.

Some Tips:
*Keep all messages
*Take a picture of your Caller ID
*Keep any and all conversations recorded to your states recording laws, some require they be told, others do not. This can be transferred to a recording device.
*Keep a notebook handy for writing time,date, who you spoke with and what the conversation detailed.
*Check your SOL for your state as well.
*Attorneys need to be licensed as a DC to collect, all DC's must be licensed in their state as well as yours if different.

Tis is a different company there llc is in florida and there office is 2500 79th st doral florida. This company use to be student aid center until the givernment shut them down. The company is owned by damian alverez and mike gonzolaz

Read and understand Tamianth's Notes.  This is a total scam operation. Totally bogus. Ignore the calls and block them.  See the previous entries from myself and The Wolfman.  It appears that the same person is behind scams operating at at least two locations in Florida.

Just because a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt does not mean you owe it
If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:

1.    Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
2.     Demand a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.
3.    Do not pay  the collection agent or anyone else a  DIME  until the debt is validated.

Of course they won’t do this, no scammer ever will, so simply block their calls and ignore them.

If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money,  tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  You might have to yell at the scammer and talk over him or her.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.
