Was it that exact number? They left me a VM saying it's about a civil matter or civil suit or something but didnt say my name and it was def automated!

It is the FAKE "we have a summons for you" SCAM!  IF there was a case, you would not be warned.

Ty! I dont answer those numbers anyways but that's what I was thinking too, that they would've either came here or mailed me something bc the VM said no name and wasnt even a human! Ty I feel better now lol

I keep getting calls from this number saying I have a civil case against me. They don’t have my name stated or any identifiable information from the state. Definitely spam. You have to have a signed case that is served to you via mail or in person.

Mediation Services Dept was displayed on my phone when this number called. Left a BS court-summons-scam message. Number blocked!

The caller doesn't identify themselves or the company and says you have to call a case worker regarding a civil lawsuit that's been filed in court.  The "final" call states they will proceed without hearing from me and log my phone number that I've been contacted and told as such.

This # has called several times claiming a case against me. They do not address me by name and when I call back, they answer using a different department each time like "investigations" or"legal" .

I’ve been getting the same messages for about a week

They don’t give company info just that there’s a civil suit/ complaint (depending on who’s left the message) and tell me to call back. I have no other information to investigate
