I got a call from "Corporate Towers" saying I would be cited to court if I didn't pay a an overdraft from US Bank Card from 2011. Wanted money same day and will take automated payments to close balance. I did have a US Bank Card that year and they did have all my information correct! Do you think it's a scam? Something in me feels it's not right!!!!

They called me and I called us bank to verify my information. It was all legitimate.

Received multiple calls regarding 'legal action' - although he never gives his name, the law firm he represents or anything... only stating 'legal action' and attempts to 'be served' (referring to the messages he left) and I should call: 888-311-0397 (which doesn't bring up a business via phone search).  FYI: My spouse works at  law firm and says this is a scam... 1) to be served must be done in person, 2) reputable law firm calls would provide details on who they are and what the matter is regarding.  [Placing these notes for both 346-200-3007 & 888-311-0387 at 800notes.com.]
