My husband had this number pop up in a report box when he was looking at YouTube and Facebook.  The scam tek's name was James Smith extension 1120.  I JUST REPORTED THIS ISSUE TO THE COUNTY OF HAWAII POLICE DEPARTMENT TO BE INVESTIGATED AND FOR THE POLICE TO WARN THE COMMUNITY ABOUT THIS HACKING AND STEALING ID INFORMATION.   I have performed a reinstallation of Norton 360 Premier on our computer plus did full scans with Iobit Malware and Iobit Advanced System Care Pro in order to protect our computer.  This man James Smith had an India type foreign accent.  Never respond to that number, or any messages.  Protect your ID and your computer, and also report it to your local Police Department for investigation.
