Supposedly, the caller identified himself as "Dell". I asked "WHO ARE YOU CALLING FOR?" and surprisingly he asked me, saying my name. Told him "YOU HAVE THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER!" and he continued speaking...I hung up the phone.

Received 4 calls one after the other.  Did not answer calls.  Have had numerous calls from this #.

Calls continuously. Have asked them to stop and they will not!

I got a call at my office from someone who know the Service code, Company name, and My name as the person who purchased the computer. They told me they were from Dell Support and that they had a warning that the computer in question has a virus on it. As an I/T Manager for many years I knew this was a SCAM as Dell Support does not track Virus's on end users computers. I played dumb and kept them on the phone for 20 minutes or so and finally told them that I knew it was a SCAM to never call hear again and that I was reporting them to the FTC and FBI. I haven't heard from them since.
