A woman called claiming to be a collector for some company we had done business with in the past.  She was rude and unreasonable and yelled at me the whole time.  I simply asked for her name, company name and address before I would talk with her.  She continued to pressure me and yelled at me that if I didn't answer her questions by the time she counted to 3, that she would ruin my credit TODAY!  She yelled that at me 3 times.  I hung up before she got to 3.  She appears to be using the name of a company in California that is associated with Medical Collections. They have no clue who she is and she is not affiliated with them or the Law firm that owns them.

left a voicemail stating her name was Christy Roma and asked for my old boss, myself and her assistant to call her back and that it was very urgent.  I haven't worked there in a while and the lady sounded pissed and like I owed her money or something.  I called the number the company gave me to call and her message said her name was Christy Roma and to provide a case number like she was a law firm on her voicemail.  we have all called a few times and no one is returning our calls.
