It was Jetpayday.com told me I went to their website and applied...hmm thats funny I have never heard of it@!

that number called me for samedayloan.com and had me go to the page to fill it out and get a loan i just wanted to know if its real or a scam because it seems shady and the ladt rushed me

They've called twice. I haven't answered and they didn't leave a message.

It happened to me also.  They don't call back and the number they gave you doesn't ring back.  I am now forced to change my account immediately.

We started getting calls from this number today, along with several others. It started out every hour, but became every 5 minutes. The numbers are ghosted to appear as if they're coming from the US. But we were able to back trace some of them to Russia, India, Cuba, and elsewhere. Most of the time no one was there, but the two times we did get a live person they were an Indian telemarketer.

I believe this is an identity thief scheme. I have Vonage -- and what's odd is that they are calling both my main number and my virtual number -- yet there are very few places where I've put those two numbers together.

Vonage said the only thing I can do is change my numbers. Their unknown caller block won't work because of how the calls are coming in. I was advised to wait a few days to see if it won't resolve itself.

For now, I've turned off the ringer, and told friends/family to leave a voicemail and I'll call them back.

I got a call from this number too sometimes it works if you send a text and just say stop I just did that so I'll find out if it works.

Constant calls from this number. never leaves a message.  I am registered with the donotcall regestry.  they need to update because these idiots are able to override the donotcall registry.

I just a call from this number. I'm on the do not call list. What a complete joke!

After hearing an add on the radio I applied for a loan thru we fix money. com, immediately this number called me back from same day loans.com and said his name was james I assumed it was valid because the company I applied thru says they find you a lender. The man had an accent and he was rushing me, very impatient. I placed him on hold he hung up and never called back. I believe it was a scam. I had given him my bank account info because i thought it was legitimate company . However I closed my account today and will be calling the credit bureau to put a fraud alert on my SSN

This is an online payday lender.  If you filled out an application online and provided your phone number, then that is why they are calling.  Most online lenders websites that you go to do NOT actually give you the loan, instead they share your information with other companies that back/provide the loan.  Most companies do not tell you they do this, or they have it listed in small print and people do not see it.  The fact that you are listed with the do not call registry does not matter because you have given permission for them to call you since you are attempting to 'contract' with them.  

Answer and tell them you are not interested and to remove your name/number from their list immediately.  If they do not do this THEN you can file a complaint with FTC.

These idiots have been calling my cell for the past two weeks and asking for someone by the name of Carla. I have told them repeatedly that  this is  not Carla, don't know a Carla, don't want there services.Do not call anymore and I would report them as I am on the do not call register. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions.

My 13 year old daughter keeps getting strange calls constantly, getting real ticked off. when i answered it was someone who couldnt speak understandable english....what the heck?

This number is a complete scam SC2006 is right I applied for a loan then after a while they came back to me with all of what this message board is about. They really do not have any real info on you, but it is best to call your local police department and if possible the local department to where the number is originating from. At best they can make a report, after so many complaints they do investigate.

I have been receiving phone calls from a series of fake US numbers that when you call it back, says it's an international call.

These calls are coming every 30 mins from a different number.  The numbers so far have been:

It all started with a call from this number:  888-311-6369.  It was an automated message that was left on my vm claiming to from a www.samedayloan.com contacting me about a loan I had requested.  Complete fraud.  I called the number back to be taken off of their list, and an Indian telemarketer picked up.  I told him to give me information on how they got my phone #.  He played dumb.  I told him I am reporting his number for fraud and to take me off of the calling list.  He still didn't understand and said he will do what he can and then immediately hung up.
