I continue to get calls from this number they say they are working for Cash Now and that I owe over 1000.00. I did have a loan with cash now but they picked up my car and I don't feel I owe them anything beings that I had already paid them 8000.00 on a 2500.00 loan and they still took my car.
The person says his name is John Thomas and there is also a Michael, they keep calling my job and I have got into trouble several times over these people I am not paying them nothing.

why not just block their number

Educate yourself about the FDCPA (Fair Dept Collection Practices Act).  There are a lot of things in your story which make me think you have a valid case against these slimeballs.

Scam, I do not owe them anything, at one time I took out a small loan and paid it back and thought it was the end of it all. Now after a year they started calling saying I owe the amount that they were paid one year ago. From this point further they are now nothing but scam artists that have my phone number.

This number keeps calling and not leave a message this company already did this to me one time and made me lose my job I became homeless and Cant find work sovwhat else do you want I paid $700.00 and still lost everythin. SO STOP CALLING AND NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE I AM OUT LOOKING FOR A JOB!!!!!!
