Just received a robocall from this number claiming a refund owed to me.

I was curious to know how they were running the scam so I called the number provided in the robocall.  The person I spoke to (who had a thick Indian accent) gave me a URL to go to, which I assume would have planted a virus or given him access to my computer.  Obviously I didn't type in the URL.  I asked the "Microsoft rep" if he could just mail me my refund instead, to which he replied "ma'am, you are clearly mad.  You need to go to your doctor and get fixed."

Microsoft wants to send me a refund, said the robot. There will be a blizzard in Miami before that happens.

A robotic message left on my cell phone asking me to call the # to get a refund because the company has been ordered to close .

Called and they hung up when I didn't answer.
