Ripped off disabled family member for more than $400. Charge on card says VA BEACH VA

Call the card company & dispute the charge as fraudulent NOW.  They may be able to remove it.

Hello to whom it may concern,

I honestly was not aware that such magazines were immediately being shipped to my home, I would definitely not approve  or want to pay for such fraudulence. It you all could refund my money that would be great. I have bills to pay I suddenly started declining money and did not know what the problem was until I checked my account. I sincerely hope you are able to fix the problem.
