I receive an email from my employers HR Manager stating that someone called and informed them that they are trying to serve me with a supenoa

I got a similar call today from the same phone number trying to serve me also. They had old information and I called my bank to get a bank statement so if and when. They went by the name of HUNTINGTON.

I just got a call from Huntington claiming they were going to serve me with a subpeona as well.

also received the same call.. and the man was very rude.. what is this?

Got a voice mail on cell phone from a local number 225-276-7674 stating he is Paul Bursting and looking to serve a subpeona.  Then stated rather rudely, APRIL FOSTER, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. He, also left 888-323-2735 as a contact number.  I called the 888 number and they said they were looking to serve a subpeona to April Foster.  I have no idea who April Foster is.  They were very rude.  I have NEVER heard of anyone letting the person know ahead of time that they are surving a subpeona, I have no clue who these people are.  I think I will call back and tell them I am April Foster and see what they say.

HAHAHAHAHA...I got them Good!  I called back and told them I was April Foster.  She(Laura) said that I had an outstanding loan from 2010 and was being charged with 'Intent to drfraud a bank and Fraudulent use of a check" in the amount of $550.00" and would I like to take care of that today?"  I told her I was not giving her any information via telephone and she put me on hold.  She came back and asked for my Social Security number which I alkso refused to give.  She then told me thay had already talked to April Foster and that I had called 6 minutes ago telling them that I was not April Foster.    I told her that I was not April Foster and just wanted to see what kind of scam they were running and that my local police depoartment was also on the phone.  She hung up on me.  NOW the local number 225-286-7634 keeps calling and hanging up on me.

Person calling said his name was Tom Schmidt.  Charges are pending against me, trying to serve me and that he has no other choice but to serve me at my place of employment.  Very rude, actually sounded like a recording.  Some company named Huntington???  Very threatening call.

These people are very rude, and the last person calling had a local number, bout to put them on blast!!

Tom is a douche.....he left me a bogus local number.

the caller who barely can speak any English left a message in my cellphone whith empty threats about a lawsuit, she also wnats me to comfirm my address so she can personally serve me a subpoena, when call back and confronted she couldnt even explain what a subpoena was, neither why the case number provide was not correspodent whit the right amount of digits and letters which carries a real one, ultimately she did not or could not name her physical address providing only a bogus po box which martches exactly with a UPS place. She first called with a local number 2393447465 which my iphone once forwarded to my unmask a number account reveals as one of the many numbers that NCO collection agency. This legally borderline company is a reknown for their scare tactics and deceipt, they low life scammers and parasites who pray on the elderly and the naive, when confronted with hard cold facts they do notheing but hang up the phone and keep on harrassing you for the rest of your days. If you are in the position descibed above just get yourself a digitone call blocker for 100 bucks which will allow you to block their calls for eternity ( it has a 100 number and area codes capacity ) and if they are bothering you in your cell phone just download some apps like call block or call rejection sometimes they are free and very usefull, if you wanna play hard ball get an account in Unmask my call for 5.00 bucks a month and you will enjoy the results. Huntington law firm or collection agency does not exist is just a make up , a flight by night operation of NCO headquarters. Do not give them any info , just curse them before they do and ignore their calls, being a veteran in the law enforcement field I do know factly that there is nothing they can do but to eat their frustation and buy another portfolio hoping to cash in

Yesterday I recieved 3 calls within minutes from a number with a local area code. Some Barbara lady left a message on the 3rd call stating that an order just came across her desk and that charges have been filed against me. She left a case number and a phone number of 888-323-2735 and said that this was a number for some mediation company. I have no intentions of calling this number back. If they persist in calling I am going to file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office. Is it even legal to leave messages like on answering machines and voicemail services? My greetings only state that you have reached a number without stating my name??

Just received a call from these people first stating that they will need to serve my a subpeona to appear in court and then switched up and said so you were not aware that you were to appear in court today.  Wow!!! such losers.

Just got a call from a local number 215-297-3023 stating his name was edward barker, baskin what ever it was, stating i was being charged adn he needed to verify my address,  1st. if you are charging me with something why would you not have my address, 2nd why would you call me to tell me, 3rd this [***] is illegal if they are true debt collectors.  the call back number is was given is 888-323-2735

Same call, I am getting these calls and also my 80 year grandmother. Threatening and misleading. What can be done about this?

Got a call from this number yesterday and was told by an unidentified caller, who was looking for someone else, that I had been "served". When I called back they refused to identify themselves but told me they were process servers known as the Huntington Group.

THESE PEOPLE ARE BORED!! I GUESS EVERYBODY NEEDS A $!!! THEY HIRE THESE BOGUS INDIVIDUALS AND TRAIN THEM TO USE "COP LIKE" TONES AND BASICALLY SCARE THE HELL OUT OF THE INDIVIDUAL THEY'VE CALLED ONLY TO SOUND STUPID AND DESPERATE SOUNDING BY THE END OF THE CONVERSATION...."YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED" OH REALLY!!??? HOW THE HELL ARE U WARNING ME OF ANYTHING WITH NO PHYSICAL ADDRESS TO CONTACT ME....DAMN FOOLS!! LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE...BLOCK LIST!

i got a call from  877-684-1453 saying i owe them 4000 and when i told the lady when and let me call my bank and see if i owe them.  they didnt have any info as to who the loan people was,  they said they are from a third party ..... i did have a pay day loan but i never had a pay day loan for no more than 300....and they said if i pay 1000 today i can settle outta of court. i know i paid my loan..... and another call from 888 323 2735 saying the same thing.

they are also using a 877 numbers as well 8776286872. and they are persitent as hell just tell them to mail the court papers and blank off! otherwise they wont stop calling . help us out gov and put a stop to this kinda of crimes or make the punishment more severe.  Something needs to be done!
