the place is calling me and stating that they have a summons for me.

got this call from 1-888-323-5791 telling me that they have a summons for me for writing a check that i never wrote or even signed one

Have you ever taken out a payday loan or even applied for one?  These people are scam artists and are trying to rob people from their hard earned money. Report them to your local authorities and google the number, there are PLENTY of complaints against ACS!

I got a call from this number the woman said there was a summons against me  and to call back, when I did I got set up with this woman Monica, I dont know what to believe now Ive read the whole *&^%$ load of numbers, and gotten some of those indie jerks, but Is my number ligit, because I read the one about the ebeezee llc. this lady said I had a loan with the BCDllc,I cant figure which is real , wich is not, I stupid thought this one was real, now I'm second guessing it, and I set up a payment plan, and Im now unemployed and cant pay it( if it is real) I told her about the "Simon " call and she checked it out and said it was not a number that was answering he had called me (8776951396) and said i had a summons for my arrest for a loan not paid and I had til 5:00 to pay it up ($7000.00) or i would be taken to court mean while it is 4;30, i then calmed down cause when I called itback it didnt answer  then monica called and didnt get an answer and said it was a fake nmber.
BUT IS HER NUMBER FAKE? IM CONFUSED
