No phone call but received a letter from Winterfield Funding out of Fort Worth TX today about some Timeshare which I do not have. Don't expect me to call.

I got the same letter today and I don't own a time share letter from Winterfield funding Fort Worth TX  Not calling also you should never do surveys they can tape record your voice saying yes

These criminals are true chuckleheads. I got the same Winterfield funding letter re: my non-existent timeshare. I'll report them to FTC, BBB and Postmaster General.  Lying sacks of kaka del whinny.

Received the same Bull@@#* letter today.  What idiots!  Bad enough to get scam phone calls, now they are using the mail delivery.  Do they really think people would fall for this junk and call them?

My husband has been deceased almost 8 yrs & we never owned a timeshare. Yet, these fools sent the bogus timeshare letter addressed to HIM!!!

Received the same cryptic letter, unsolicited. Looks like fraud or phishing to me.

I do own a timeshare although they claim they will rid you of maintenance fee for 800 to 900 dollars.  They will not guarantee and this is a complete scam.  Also, I verified the address and it is a run down strip mall with no marking of such company. Complete scam!  Keep your eyes and ears open.

I got the same letter today say i own a timeshare, I don t own a timeshare i have never owned one and mine said. This includes but is not limited to your 2017 Maintenance Fee Bill, Certain restrictions will apply. the phone number they said for me to call is 888-387-4947 the address is 3436 Alemeda Street, Suite 234 Fort Worth Tx 76126.

A friend of mine got the same letter, in her maiden name. I just typed the number into Google. Right below the link for this page it shows the phone number on the letter as being a Paris Florists & Gifts Directory. These scammers are dumber than a box of rocks.

Received a letter and yes we do own a timeshare, but when I receive any correspondence or phone call about it I tell the telemarketer my problem is with being contacted by them.  They hang up immediately!

I received a letter today, return address was:  Winterfield Funding, 3436 Alemeda Street,  Suite 234, Fort Worth, TX 76126 dated 8/15/17  phone number 1-888-755-7904  stating I must respond by 8/31/17.   Since I do not own a timeshare, first thing I did was do a search to see what information I could find out.  I was not about to call before finding out and this page shows that it is nothing but a pittyful scam, These people who do this, they must think that Americans are really, really stupid, which we are not, far from it.  Considering we pay to have an unlisted
phone number and we are not in the phone book, makes you wonder, where do these people get there information.

Got the SAME letter Aug 15, 2017.- same address on letter as above - but with different phone number to call (1-888-755-7904) WHY aren't these dishonest  people shut down????

Blocked number on first call as I do for unknowns.  Now getting letter at son's address trying to scam on timeshare.
