I got a call saying I owe them money from an old bill so I set up a payment arrangement and my bank declined them because they said it was flagged as a scam.now they won't stop calling me

I got a message saying they were looking for someone and they were going to file legal action against her and to call back THIS number with the case number. I did and told them that they had the wrong phone number and was told ever so rudely that is the not the number to call, but they will notify the company looking for her so they can update their records. Idiots!
