They took me 108.77,this people give roku a bad reputation. They are from India just by the way they talk you can barely understand there lingo.

Scam scam scam ! Told me if I have more than one device I must subscribe to a plan and charged me $99.99 the channels I got are free anyways for anyone . By day 2 I figured out that’s a scam and reset all my devices to factory settings and changed passwords and by the way , when they help you make accounts they use their own random info and e mails . Called bank to get my money back and new card so they can’t use my info .

I was watch epix on my amazon fire stick and this number popped up to renew my plan the next day there was 139.99 cent taken from my checking account?? Scam, scam, pike these other people complained of.always an Indian from inda???😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣

This scammer claimed they were with ROKU & somehow spliced into my internet service & told me I had to pay a one time charge to watch a certain program! I have Spectrum & a package with my complex!

I got in touch with the number again & told them that the FTC will be notified along with BBB!

They were suppose to email me my confirmation # for my $49.99 payment & now the phone number does not go through!

As of today they are still scamming people!

I called to activate hulu.  SCAM!!!!

SCAMMER posing to have new subscription fees for YouTube TV.  BEAWARE!!!!

I got scammed to I stupidity gave them my credit card don't know how but they stop  my hulu said I had to call this number 3073682200 to reactivate it I fell for it I don't know I they did it they charge me 109.99 it posted then they posted it again I canceled the credit card now

They got me, too! 😡 On 7/12/23, I paid them $29.99 for a trial membership to Philo, listed as a Roku add-on.  I called to cancel on 7/14/23 and the agent said I wasn't entitled to a refund.  I had her connect me to a supervisor and argued with her that the refund was guaranteed as long as I cancelled before the trial had ended, which I did.  She said she was processing the refund as we spoke.  I discovered last night, 7 weeks after the fact, that the refund hasn't been made yet.  So I contacted both Philo and Roku, only to find out they'd never heard of Tech Services, they had no record of me paying for a trial membership, and the amount of my payment wasn't what they charged.  So I tried googling Tech Services and didn't find anything like I was looking for.  Looked at my bank statement for this charge and found what looked like a phone number.  I googled it only to find all these scam reports! 😡  Be careful- they're still out there and scamming more innocent people out of their money!

Their number came across my TV when I tried opening a ESPN app . They somehow hacked the app itself and made it look like it was all legit. I was trying to get a subscription to watch Monday night football. Needless to say they scammed me for 57.00$. It was when I still couldn’t get network service , So I called back and they tried charging me for 45$ again . That was when the light lite up in my head and realized it was a scam .
