They have called six times today, I guess I should pay my mortgage.It doesn't matter what I say there still going to call until they get paid.

It would be nice if they left a message

They just let me call back. I do not konw why they called me.

Receiving several calls a day from this number. Always a recording requesting  a call to their number.

This number is for Saxon Mortgage's Home Modification Department. If you are behind on your mortgage they are just calling to see if they can get you qualified either under the HAMP program which is the governments modification plan or an in house modification.

Obnoxious calls to my business cell phone that requests I call immediately and that it is important. I am not in debt.

This is Saxon Mortage services.  Would love to keep my home, but they will not work with me- My homes value is around 30K or less according to local realtors- I owe 140K and at the time paid 50K less than most people on my street.  As you can imagine the street is empty now. Two neighbors of mine recently purchased homes in our neighborhood- one paid 19K and the other paid 8K. These homes sold for over 150K in 2005-06.  I don't know how ANYONE can sustain such a loss and consider keeping their home. The banks need to do the math and realize 50K to forclose and then maybe get 10 or 20K for the home after removing the people that were screwed by the market/brokers.  Our government should buy these assets instead of giving loans to banks to buy more banks and not loan any money out. The home prices could go up and at least they would have something to show for the billions in tax dollars wasted to greedy banks.  This experience has ruined my life- the mortgage broker that I received my loan from is actually in jail today and should be.  I am the result of mortgage fraud because my broker lied about everything from rate to prepayment penalties, balloon payments- EVERYTHING- They deserve my house back in the condition when I bought it- I am slowly bringing it back to [***] after the 25K I invested in it - not to mention time. This is Saxon Mortgage. We have been trying to pay the arrears we owe for the past 3 months. They promise to fax us and send us a statement or bill for what we need to pay to become current on our mortgage but never do. They absolutely will not deal with us and do not answer when we answer the phone when they call from this number. We have an appointment with the Housing Council  who may be the only organization that can help and who can negotiate some kind a settlement between us and Saxon. They are one of the worst mortgage companies you could ever deal with; if you are having problems with them trust me don't get stressed trying to deal with them. CALL the housing council at 1-866-669-1688 ext. 3015 and make an appointment with them to get real help and not scammed by so called mortgage help companies who may end up taking your money and doing nothing.Saxon doesn't want your money they just want you house.

Yes, Saxon... They won't work with us either- Why would they prefer to foreclose than work with people? Obama is the worse president ever. He has the worse ideas and clearly he is above his head. He could have purchased these assets rather than give the money to the banks, he clearly has no confidence in our housing market to not think that buying these assets would have been a better return on OUR tax dollars and fixed the economy- instead he would rather hand it out to banks so they can purchase more banks and throw people out- I believe he is slowly CHANGING America for the worse- I have never felt more divided- GET NANCY POLOSI out of our pockets too!! TIME TO CLEAN UP OUR CORRUPT GOVERNMENT- they have done NOTHING to help the people, they just keep spending! How about 10K for each Obama construction sign you see!! This crap needs to stop!

This number has been calling me nonstop.   I was finally able to answer the call today and when they asked for a person I didn't know, i asked them kindly to remove my number from their calling list.  I was told they needed my full name and address so that they can remove me from the calling list.  This information should not be required. I don't want them to put my actual name on their documents so they can harass me for some STRANGERS debt!!    This is ridiculous.  I am reporting this company to the BBB.

who cares if they call a thousand times pay them when you want you have a 15 day grace period anyways

they keep calling and hangup when I answer,I do not owe them any thing, I have a credit score of 820 I pay my bills

This a number of Saxon Mortgage Co. They start calling you two days after you payment is due. You can notify them that you will be a few days late but it makes no difference. Although, I have 15-days of grace period, the calls start within 2-days. I have spoken to their customer service rep with no success. They claim it is an automated phone call. They are polite & apologetic but no resolution to the problem. I hope somebody at Saxon will read this & become pro-active in resolving this issue. Thanks!

i am not behind on my mortgage not sure why they are calling me we have been on time since we bought the house 49 mo ago!!!!!! getting fed up with this want some recorse!!!!

Saxon Mortgage.....We have filed bankruptcy 3 years ago and tried to work with them.  They really didn't help us out at all and we turned the house back over to them in APRIL with our bankruptcy modifed to show this.  Last month we get a notice of Foreclosure......how can they foreclose on a house that has already been turned back over to them?!  Now we are getting calls after the fact.  We have not received a payment notice from them for 3+ years.....only letters saying that our payment has been modified & never lower!  I don't think I will ever buy another house & if I do, I will definitely not use SAXON!!!!!!
