Fake illegal collection agency. I keep all voice mail messages and end of each month turn over to Atorney General and local Police Investigator. Sooner or later they will track these piece of crap people down who call and leave threatning messages to people.

Called and left a message with my friend that if I did not return the call they would issue a warrant for my arrest.  I have no clue who this is, but I do know that what they are doing, threatening people, is against the law. Any info on these idiots, would be great. Thanks

Jenna - calling from 724-390-4632 - Bayden, PA - Referenced a family member "who's in trouble", provided no specifics, then gave instructions to call United Pre Litigation Firm and provide a claim number. Said we were considered "notified" and hung up.

Called 2 times and left message on 2nd call for my father. Called from 7243904632. Said a claim was filed against him and gave a claim number and a call back number for the company filing the claim. Diane fox said to call this number 8883243710 and said my dad was officially notified. I dont even have my dads phone number...

i recieved a call from diane fox saying i was officially notified, i called check n go who was original debt co and stated they sold the loan trhee years ago. I advised "united pre litigation" who told me i would be served. I will be contacting the attorney generals office.
