They had repeatedly called my cell something about they r trying to give me a court summons I have lived the same place for almost 13 years seems if they was real they would Kno where to serve me at so I'm thinking it's a scam

I’ve been receiving the same call... they call from all different numbers. I’ve also been receiving the call for over a year and they never actually show up at my house or anything when they claim they are. I’m pretty certain it’s a scam.

I am getting repeated calls from this number in reference to someone who does not live at my house. It's stated that they are trying to issue a summons.

Kevin called and stated they had a summons, call back and in fact they did not, They lied and attempted to intimidate over the phone over some debt collection. This method of harassment is not allowed legally.

760-849-7573 called stating that they had a claim and an investigation to locate a family member. Call back number was 888-325-6050. I think it’s a scam.

I filed a complaint with consumer financial protection bureau. The company they claimed to be working for, has no idea who they are and how they got my information because they do not hire outside collections. Beware...do not give them any of your personal information.

Called my sister in law saying I am wanted in regards to a legal matter.

According to all the reports, this seems to be the trickery of a Debt Collections Extortion scam. The made up name of  "consumer investigator" sounds more like "victim hunter" or "scam target finder". The number comes back to Investigative Services, a "recovery" service in Fla.
They claim:

management services. We perform collection services at every stage of
delinquency, for every type of account while adhering to FDCPA and TCPA regulations.

Remember, this is a toll free number and won't block your number, so calling it back will confirm to them you are ripe for the picking! I would block the number and not talk to them.

So, could you explain how this call was "valid"?  What company did the call come from and what is their address?  If it was "valid" you should have all that information.  You do know what the word valid means don't you?

Keep getting the same call. I don’t answer but they continue to leave a voicemail
