This is the Trios Medical Group business office. They probably want you to pay a bill. I got a call for a $10 copay that’s owed.

I am changing to Kadelac Medical.  If trios medical sends you a bill for a copay of $20 they are making phone calls before you can go online and pay them.  I am finished with trios after using them for 10 years.

I don’t blame you, Trios has outsourced their billing calls to some office in Houston and those people don’t communicate well with the offices in Kennewick, or the other way around. Either way I much prefer Kadlec these days, and hope Trios gets their stuff together.

Most people screen or won't answer unknown caller ID's, I don't. Than to leave a message that never states whom, where or why they are calling from makes most people even more suspicious. Calling multiple times each day for people with limited talk time brings on additional financial hardships. If this # is really connected to Trio's no wonder they went bankrupt.
