- BrianGot a call from this number amongst a flurry of other 888,817,866 numbers. All others were Silver Leaf travel so assuming this is the same.
The next time I go to a home show, NO ONE is getting my number. - [***]BS call from telemarketer.
- MDon't answer this number! They were extremely aggressive telling me I won a prize and had to drive 1.5 hours out of Chicago to claim it. Of course when I get there, there would be a timeshare presentation and even though I repeatedly told him I was not interested he was very persistent. I was too polite to just hang up on him but I should have because he ended up hanging up on me when he realized he wasn't going to get me to agree!

- LBIt's silver leaf AGAIN. They called me over 70 times in the span of 1 month. They didn't bother me because I had them on auto reject and they got to hear the "the number you have dialed is out of service blah blah" message. After a month of hearing that, they seemed to have given up. Except now over a month later, they tried with this number. I think she got the point tho when I promptly hung up after she introduced herself as being from the awards claim department. Just another number added to the scam/auto reject list!

- angry person with phonei just got a call (5:33 pm 12/23/13) from 888-325-6863. first they asked for 'edward', there is no edward, and i said so, then the lady on the other end said 'sorry i must have gotten the names mixed up'. but instead of hanging up as one would with a wrong number, she shuffled some papers (i could hear the papers and a stapler or a binder) and then asked for someone else who doesn't exist- "is there a Vince here". i asked "who is this calling me" and she said she was from the Awards Verification Sevices of a company that was pronounced something like 'sippy', but apparently was spelled something like sfyplfjz. and my number had been entered into a raffle. i told her its my number and it hadn't so she had to take it off her list, and that i'm on a do not call list. i really am, and as a result i almost never get calls like this. to tell you the truth this is one of the sketchier telemarketing calls i've ever heard. really? you have an award from a company called [random string of letters] that's pronounced 'sippy?' i think your a big lying piece of S*** is what i think. hmm, they should really add a category to the call type here for awards and raffles.

- EG| 1 replyJust got a call telling me I had won a sweepstakes from the hockey game I attended a few weeks ago. One of 4 prizes--a $49k car, a TV, something else, or $500 cash. I also had the opportunity to listen to a 90 minute vacation ownership presentation in exchange for a free vacation to Orlando. She wouldn't say the company name, just that she is from Awards Verification Center. She refused to email or fax me the details of my prize unless I signed up for an appointment at a resort about 1+ hour away. I didn't sign up or get the details, but obviously sounded fishy.

- littletcI filled out a card/entry form at an event in Austin, TX. A representative from Silverleaf Resorts called Wednesday 3/12 to tell me I'd won one of 4 major prizes: BMW, Mercedes, $15,00 shopping spree or $4,900 cash. All I had to do was make an appointment to listen to their sales pitch. I refused to make an appointment and they have been calling everyday, multiple times a day, from different numbers, ever since. SCAM!

- RickOops, sorry! I thought I was reporting my complaint to a monitoring company. I certainly didn't mean to yell at all you nice folks. But I do wish whoever this company is would stop calling me.
- JoeThis number along with several similar numbers keep calling me and leaving me no voicemail. I'm a very busy person and rely on my phone for emails and other phone calls, so I don't have time to answer any lame calls like these ones.
- Caller: Unknown, assuming telemarketer
- DanJust say you're under 18. They have no interest in people they can't get something out of.

- Dave Barris| 1 replyCalled them back from a spoofed phone number and the computer answered the phone as "Awards Verification Service."
LOL, ya it's just creditors trying to dupe people. Kinda like back in the day when cops would call people who had warrants and tell them they won a new TV... When the person would show up at a neutral spot to collect the TV... Surprise! It was cops with a warrant to arrest you... Same deal; just not cops; its creditors trying to get your digits and address so they can attempt to collect.- Caller: Creditor
- Call type: Debt collector
- UNKNOWNTHEY CONTINUE TO CALL. STOP CALLING PLEASE NO ONE WANTS TO TALK TO DEBT COLLECTORS. YOU ARE SO ANOYING.. WHY ARE YOU SO UGLY TO PEOPLE. STOP CALLING MY PHONE.
