Calls from the Microsoft Refund/PC Support Scams going on all 2019. Interesting that this number traces back to Russia. This is a continuation of a really stupid and ignorant scam!!

Call begins by saying it is an EMERGENCY call from the Microsoft Refund/PC Support and instructs one to not hung up that information is needed to process. The recording continues.... saying that the Microsoft internet security company that I had purchased a contract a couple of months prior from was closing and a refund was being issued and in order to do this additiinal information was needed. I waited for a person to join the call.  By the time the "live caller" joined the call... I was laughing (I had NOT purchased anything from Microsoft during the time period. So, when the caller said, "hello", I said, "This is a joke!" The caller was noticeably upset and started yelling at me... "You want to hear a joke? I will tell you a joke..." I interuppted and informed the caller I would be reporting the scam. The caller then started yelling louder. I was not able to under a word he was saying. I ended the phone call.

Idiots keep calling claiming to be from Microsoft with an Indian accent. Most of these scam calls originate from Briscoe, Texas. Microsoft will NEVER call customers like this, much less for a refund or for an expiration of PC Support (which I had never supported). These are scam calls, pure and simple. They use many different CallerId numbers, but they all orignate from Brisco, Texas. Do not answer them. Block them. SCAM!!

I've had two calls the past two days: "This is an emergency call from Microsoft Refund Dept...."

I answered the call and told him to stop calling me. His response was to [***] and hug up. How great it is that these people can call us on our cell phones.

Keeps Calling, but leaves no company name.
Recorded message says, if a new customer press 1, if a current customer press 2....
It's obviously a scam call.

two calls today from the scam scum the other was a different number.

How do you get rid of this? #1-888-325-6930 They won't stop calling! I don't even have Microsoft!!!😠

Recording stating my service for computer something was successfully renewed for $299, and to discontinue service to call 844-253-5113 within 3 days. That phone number comes up as unidentifiable, as does 888-325-6930.

Yeah they have called me too.   Thanks for your responses.  Maybe I will mess with them next time.

Keeps calling after I let them know, that I don’t want any more calls from them.
