recording purporting to confirm a $495 purchase from Amazon

Message was left stating there was a package to be delivered from Amazon.  I didn't have any outstanding orders at this time.  Call the number back - he said he was from Amazon. he didn't even ask me my name.  Just said he had a laptop to deliver.  I told him I didn't order one.  He ask if I had shared my Amazon account information with anyone.  I told him no.  I also told him I had checked my account and there was no order for a laptop associated with my account and hung up.  He also called on on our business line and our account is not associated with our business.

Scumbag saying I already paid $500 for Norton security

I received an email (with this number as the number to call for questions) stating that I had successfully renewed my Norton Total Protection account for $549.99.  I DO NOT have a Norton account.  The gmail address that sent the email is from Rick Goodpaster (goodpasterrick197@gmail.com. WHAT A SCAM!!
