I received a phone call from someone name Gary Wilson and said he was from windows Solutions. that my computer has a bad bug in it and he would like to help me get rid of it. I did not believe who he was and asked for a phone number and this is the number he gave me.

I also received a call from this number from a guy called Jack Smith who said the same thing about my computer having a bug.

Me Too. This guy said his name was Jack Wilson and said hackers were trying to get into my computer. He wanted to enter in and asked for the IP address. I did not give access and asked for his name and number.

Same Gary Wilson, but with strong index-Pakistani accent came up as unknown caller, but with 0465 call back, ver suspicious

I received a call from this number. Said he was Jack Smith (but heavy Indian accent) and that my computer had reported to Windows that it was infected with viruses, spyware and malware and he was calling to help me. I told him I had top-flight anti-virus that does weekly scans, is constantly upgraded and a firewall, and I didn't think I needed the service. He gave me this number and told me I needed to call him back. Ran Windows Defender and ran my anti-virus program...nothing found.  He called me a few hours later and asked why I hadn't called him back. I told him to never call my number again and I called Microsoft today. They recommended I call the police. Microsoft is aware there are scams like this out there, but they leave enforcement to policing agencies.

I got many calls this morning from that number. Called us at 7:30am , kept claiming that our computer is at risk. Asked me to go to the computer , so he can fix the problem. The fist call was from a man called Peter William. I told him but we did not send any messages to windows and I hanged up. I got another call from another person same accent , claimed his name is Jack Wilson. I felt suspicious as they keep calling from unavailable number, and he had a very strong Pakestani/Indian accent . When I asked him why he is calling from unavailable number, he gave me that number 1-888-327-0465 . I asked him for his extension # , he said he doesn't have one. Just ask for Jack Wilson and they transfer the line. That made me more suspicious as Windows are big company and they must have a computerized answering system.i called that number back, and he answered me directtly. I asked him , so you are the receptionist as well as the computer engineer.
And I asked him not to call again. These people are hackers and the police should stop them

I also got a call from that company,and they show me all the errors in my desktop,then i get to know these bugs,and after that i registered with the company,and now my computer is running so good and superior...

Adam William is a fictitious name from this fictitious company.  They are pirates and  con artists that deftly persuade those they contact in believing their PC has a bug/problem and after coercing them to use a "LOG-ME-IN" type software display artifical error messages so that they can install spyware in the background and copy cookies so they can automatically access point of sale and banking websites with your username and password.  I have had two close and very intelligent friends and family members contacted.  they are smooth, so please know "windows" and "microsoft" are names of products, not companies, and if they were in true existence, Bill Gates would sue the pants off of them for copyright infringement on the sheer naming convention of their organization.  BEWARE! do not let them in to your PC!  Do not call them back!  Do not pay them!  Do not log in to anything of theirs!  I'm willing to bet after I post this,  their comapny name and 1-800 number changes, and so will the names of Adam, Jack and Gary.  Since they aren't based in the US, you can't prosecute easily or recover funds easily.  Here is the current link to the fictitious company:  http://windowssetgetsolution.org/refund-policy.php?id=Refund%20Policy.  Don't buy or download anything from here either.
