I didn't get a call from this number, but I did get a green postcard asking me to call them, to schedule a package pickup.  According to the BBB, the return address on the postcard (PO Box 820, Whitehorse, TX) is associated with a vacation club marketing scam.  Don't bother calling, you have no package waiting.

"If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is" . Not to mention the fact that since I didn't recently enter any raffles, lotteries, or contests, I'm not expecting any surprises...oh, except from Publishers Clearing House (PCH)...I think they are getting scammy, too.

So obscured how people are doing business these days. They trick people with their words to "schedule a pickup". There is not package waiting for you, they are not associated with usps, they are trying to sell and trick you into buying their notepads, TV's, and vacations packages. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS scam people!

I got my Elite Access Network survey today in exchange for a free Andriod. Another post, 877-302-8914, describes the scam. Don't bother.

I called Elite after receiving a letter promising an Android Tablet to be picked up at a location where we would listen to their sales pitch on their product which they said was a vacation service like Travelocity, Orbitz, etc.  Their office location to go to is 800 N. Causeway Blvd., Suite 3A, Mandeville, LA 70448 with that 888 number and a local number 985-718-3042

After Googling on Elite Access Network, I came across 877-302-8914.. After reading the posts, that they have more than one location, one at 800 N Causeway Blvd, Mandeville, LA 70448 and one in Dallas, TX..  I am glad I Googled, because it just sounded too goo to be true, and you should check out the real horror story when you Google 877-302-8914 and or Elite Access Network. These [***] are collecting $139/month after initial payment of $259 from an older lady...  Some people who visited never got the Android tablet, and the $100 travel voucher is nothing but a scam as if you are signing up to buy something..  Stay clearrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr ....  Oh another thing. They must be reading these posts, and mine was hand written to make it look personalized v.s. some people got computer generated labels. The envelope had nothing but first name and address all hand written, similarly hand written name, the signature of Stephanie and the package code number ...

Received letter as described by Leslie.  Look it over and thought "Hmm, sounds like a free lunch".  Searched it and wound up here.  Thank goodness for this site.

I got the letter this week and googled it to see what kind of scam it is.   Thanks for the warning. It is signed by Stephanie Grecco.

this company "ELITE access network" 800 north causeway st 3A Mandeville, LA 70448 tel. 888 - 441- 2957 send letter to  your home about a "survey" and get a free "Android Tablet" for free the person who signed the letter work for a financial company just imagine  trying to catch somebody (collection) just use this tactic to get somebody don't reply to the letter nor to call ok don't  answer ok.

I received the letter in blue as well.  After googling I figured it was def.  A scam.  So I called and told them what the BBB had to and she paused before answering me.
She says there will be a group of ppl there but they will be picking up their tablets as well.  If I had been invited to a seminar then I would have been given a different date.  ( which means there IS a seminar!! ) she also said that the only thing everyone in the group will do is walk in and provide identification,  pick up the tablet and leave...
Needless to say... Scam...
