Receiving every day calls at different times of day from this phone number. Every time I answer, they disconnect. It seems as if someone is trying to find out when people are home by placing calls using some auto-dialer. Does anyone know who they are? Should I be concerned about this mystery caller?

They left a message.  Mr. Garcia asked that I call him back.

I receive about 4 calls a day from this number.  When I answer there is a dial tone, sometime after only two rings.  There is never a message and I have no idea who that company is, I rent.

I receive about 4 calls a day fro this number too.  I did not recognize it, therefore, did not pick it up.  Yet, they left me the same message for every single call.  In the voice message, they did not ask for me or specify anyone.  They just said that it was important to call them back.  However, they did identify themselves as Franklin Credit Management, but I don't have any contacts with them at all.

Call is either automated message or live person from Franklin Credit Management, Collection Dept.

It's a creditor. To be more precise, it's Franklin Mortgage Company.

I'm receiving calls from an automated dialer with a recorded message identifying them as Franklin Credit Management Corporation.  The recording asks me to call 877-353-3947.

Called the 800 number and the agent said it was an error and that my number would be removed from their autodialer.

The next night, received another call; called the number back and the agent asked if I knew who they were.  I replied "never heard of you".  She said it was an error and that my number would be removed.

I told her that I was given that promise the night before.   She said that it takes 24-48 hours to remove the number.

I replied with "if I receive another call, I will consider it harassment and I will report it".  She assured me that it would be even though she never asked what my number was (caller ID?).  Her name was Raquel and her operator number is 4768.

These people call my number about 3 times a day.  I let the number go onto my answering machine and when they hear its an answering machine they hang up.  They never leave a message.  It is very annoying.

I thought i wasthe only one being harassed by franklin credit.  they bought my mtg 30 days after i took out an equity loan.  have had nothing but grief from them..  most are rude not all - always have to wait to talk, lose imp. docs etc rarely compassionate etc.  is it where they are located in new jersey hope not i am not rude or disrespectful i am from ny (Central)  TRYING HARD TO GET OUT FROM UNDERNEATH THEM AS THEY ARE CHARGING 13% INTEREST!!!!!!  under dr care for anxiety and stress - the kids can fight with them then.
