It's a scam. If you just moved, they are trying to insist there is a lien against the property that hasn't been paid. And if you pay them, they will resolve for you, or they are asking you to pay the remainder of a so called lien. It's usually a small amount (under $100), so most people end up paying with no questions. I was warned of this scam at my home's closing, and sure enough two weeks later I got it. And, they never send a "First Notice'.- Caller: Mrs. King

- ChrisGot the Mrs. King postcard as my 2nd notice, she’s apparently sent me a notices (she has not) that I’ve not responded to as well as tried to call me (she has not), and would appreciate it if I called her TODAY! at 1-888-330-0999. Interestingly enough she works seven days a week from 9am to 9pm. In parentheses there’s a ditty of a footnote: Please disregard if you have already responded by phone or email.
