They keep sending me cards to call. I have not asked them to contact me.

These are scammers. Here is a review from 2017. They used the same name, but different number (888-350-6585)

It's a scam.  If you just moved, they are trying to insist there is a lien against the property that hasn't been paid.  And if you pay them, they will resolve for you, or they are asking you to pay the remainder of a so called lien.  It's usually a small amount (under $100), so most people end up paying with no questions.  I was warned of this scam at my home's closing, and sure enough two weeks later I got it.  And, they never send a "First Notice'.

You lie.

Tell the truth when you report something.

So now we know who Mrs. King is, it's Bill. Bill the Mrs. King Scammer.

Got junk mail with no company name signed Mrs King which I believe is false

Got a post card...I'm going to report them to my state AG.

Scammers buying lists of new home buyers in the area and then trying to get you to call them...
***NO LEGITIMATE COMPANY WITH HONORABLE INTENTIONS** would do this....

You received junk mail and not knowing what it was you had to look it up?  I'm guessing that you must be really, really, really young since anyone else would have known what junk mail is and they would have simply thrown it away without giving it another thought.

I get a postcard from Mrs. King every other day it seems! Today I got two! Enough people must fall for the scam if they are able to pay all the postage they must use!

Got the Mrs. King postcard as my 2nd notice, she’s apparently sent me a notices (she has not) that I’ve not responded to as well as tried to call me (she has not), and would appreciate it if I called her TODAY! at 1-888-330-0999. Interestingly enough she works seven days a week from 9am to 9pm. In parentheses there’s a ditty of a footnote: Please disregard if you have already responded by phone or email.
Hahahahaha, I ain’t calling her.

Got the same identical post card in the mail after selling and buying a new home.  In the trash it goes!

Same as all the others.......Mrs. King postcard in the mail 2ND Notice.......please call her TODAY.  Let's hope her phone is very, very quiet!!!
