Credit Card Services again. In short, they guaranteed that my Visa credit card interest rate would be lowered to 6.9% for a fee of $495.00. In previous calls from these scammers, the charge has been as high as $875. I have found that they will avoid informing as to the charge, but if you persist in your demand for the charge amount, they will eventually relent. I have noticed that the amount has been dropping over the last couple of years. $495 is the lowest so far.

Hopefully you realize they will not lower your interest rate, but WILL keep whatever money you send them.  AND, if you give them your card number, you may incur unexpected charges.

If you are in financial difficulty, and need a lower rate, contact your card company directly.  They may help.

This number is a scam. It should be reported to the Spam Hotline asap.

Well then, Consumer ... go ahead and report it. Don't expect 800Notes to do your bidding. Get it done yourself.

Hey these people just called me and sexually harassed me and said they would come over and rape me (it was worded way worse than that obviously) so if anyone is questioning if these people are legitimate haha no way.

asked SCAMMER "where are U calling from?"
SCAMMER said "Orlando Florida"  (wow india SCAMMERS in Florida - how novel)
asked SCAMMER "what dept. are you in?"
SCAMMER responded "I am with mastercard / visa "
asked SCAMMER "are you in the Mxxxxxxxx dept? and I repeated it a couple times.
SCAMMER hung up

SCAMMERS called back after about 2 hours
a male with an India/hindi accent asked me If had pressed 1.
did not answer him but asked SCAMMER "where are U calling from?"
SCAMMER again said "Orlando Florida"
asked SCAMMER "are you in the Mxxxxxxxd dept (expletive in india/hindi)?
SCAMMER starting cussing back in hindi.
cussed back at SCAMMER in hindi.
SCAMMER even got other call center SCAMMERS cussing back too
bottom line - kept these SCAMMING criminals on the line for over 13 1/2 minutes.

this guy must have a fifth Grade india/hindi SCAMMER instead of a fourth grade one as he got the meaning right away.
there were a several back and forth india/hindi expletives but then he quietly hung up at 1:48 of the call.

Sounds like a real bargain. Maybe it's their version of Christmas Spirit.

Credit Card Services back at it again. Or maybe it never actually stopped. Called at 3pm and my husband (who was sleeping since he works nights) answered and immediately hung up once he heard it was credit card services robocall. I took the phone into my office to keep it from waking him up again and got a call right away. Same #. Same robocall "pitch". Everyday it gets worse with these calls. If they dont come in on our landline, they come in on our cell phones. they even call my work cell. they are pathetic losers.

This is the 2nd credit card scam call I've had in an hour.  Are they working together?  They never give up, do they? She asked if I pressed '1' to lower my interest rate.  I said yes I pressed 1, why did you call me?  She said she did not call me that it was my credit card company.  Bull!

Credit Card Services Scammers. Calling every single day and usually 2 times in a row. We don't answer, but they are so harassing. Not answering the phone doesn't work. They will continue to call.

Doubt it, they call me and I dont have a credit card!
