I have been getting calls from this number also telling me that someone ( name is muffled) wants me to co sign for them. The number is from Wesley Financial. I think it's a scam of some sort, just not sure yet.

I just receivers call from this # that someone wanted too use me as a reference for a Logan and if I'm willing to be a reference for them I should call this number. But I couldn't really understand the name they said and didn't recognize the parry I could understand. NOT calling them back!

I received a # of calls from this phone. They want me to call them back and give a recommendation for somebody I know. I called the person they are refering to and told me that there is not application for any loan pending. I will not call them back.

i keep getting calls from this number for harold somebody. really annoying

This is Westlake Financial Service a subprime auto lender.  They called me to verify that I actually did know a friend who had applied for an auto loan.  Not a bill collector.

where calling from westlake credit confirmation center . are you genesis silverio press 1 for yes and 2 for no so i press 1 and then it said where calling becuase flor silverio is apply for credit with westlake . all we need from you is to tell us if you know that person please press 1 for yes and 2 for no , i press 2 for no even though i know the person / i dont know who are these people but im not picking it up no more it could be a scam.

An automated voice asked if I was Sam W, I said no, the voice asked if Sam W could be reached at this number and I said no.  Second call, I did not answer the first.  It was on my cell phone so I blocked the number with Extreme Call Blocker.

4/20 Recvd 2nd cl from 888-341-2290 as unavailable.  I picked up & they hung up.  I called back & had to add a "1" to complete call.  A recording came on saying it was Westlake Financial Services looking for Mike Borelli.....if I was press 1....if not press 2.  I pressed 2.

4/21 Recvd 3rd cl from same # as above......ignored this one - like I did the first one.

4/22 Same # as above.....didn't answer & Westlake Financial Svs left [an automated voice] message for Mike Borelli to verify credit for a muffled name along with an application # & to call back AT ANY TIME 888-341-2290.  I called thinking I would speak to a human voice but the recorded answer message just says that it's Westlake Financial Svs & after a few seconds of silence.....there's a dial tone.

I guess that's fun?

4/20 Rcvd a call from Unknown Caller 904-271-2172........was expecting a call from a friend so picked up after 3rd ring & the caller hung up.  I called # back because of Westlake Financial calls & a human voice answered Organization for Development.  I said that someone called from this # & hung up when I answered.  She said that it was probably for a donation & that they were a non-profit organization.  Not sure what this one was all about....doesn't sound good to me.

888-341-2290 -- I received a voicemail message on my land-line wanting to know if I approved a credit line for an "Anna Vasquez".- No!!!!  Look out folks!
