Spam caller

Also got this call, claims they have papers to serve me in regards to a debt. This is a scam

Left message on cell, but first half was cutoff. This is message they left on voicemail...

The  number  us calling  my job. Its so embarrassing

They left the same message on my voicemail. They also reached out to family members out of town leaving the same message.  I am contacting an attorney!

All of the info posted is precisely the calls being made to a disabled person that I am a court-appointed guardian to in four States.  These fear mongers use robo-calls preying on the most vulnerable in our society.  Hang 'em High

you can submit a STOP and CEASE letter to them and by law once you they are contacted by that letter, which I had to do it stop all action and it was a SCAM call sometime they BUY Old DEBTS after they fall off your credit report through 3rd party collection agencies and TRY to collect on them after the statue of limitations have passed per your State debt law.

Have them to send proof to the address on there file of the debt you have 30 days by all State Laws to validate the debt.

I got the exact same message as Nicole.  I have had this call several times and it's getting pretty old.  When I called them back to politely request that they check the number they are calling because I have proof showing that my name is not Aaron Cole and this is not his number (copy of heading on cell bill).... the lady because really irate and nasty.  I was not going to deal with that childish, uncalled for behavior, so I hung up on her.  Someone please get these people and put a stop to it.

Called saying they were going to serve me at my home and job between 12 and 5 today and if I was at work I would need my HR Rep to sign whatever papers they have as a witness. What happens if I'm at home? No witness needed? Get a life.

Recorded voice says you have to receive a package at your work with two pieces of id and gives number and file number as reference

I've received at least 6 or 7 calls from 888-341-3319 and they say the very same things that they've said to others.  I will not call them nor answer the phone when i see "restricted" on my phone
