    My phone was stolen two weeks ago, received this message from the number:

    "Someone has connected your IPHONE 8 SPACE GRAY 64GB to iTunes. Check location at https://www-appIe.co.com/p9d515"

    They are fishing for my Apple ID so that they can reset my phone number.

    They send me a like to get my apple id. Then a few days later sends me a text saying can you remove your icloud from phone please.

    Yes, it is a malicious link and it probably installed malware on your phone or worse.  I can't believe that you thought it would be a good idea to come here and post a live link to what is obviously a malicious site.  Post reported.
